Why DHL e-Billing?
At DHL we are committed to offering a quality service to all members of our trading network. We have now adopted an electronic billing service that enables you to have an accurate, faster and more efficient accounts payable service.

How does DHL e-Billing work?

DHL Express e-Billing Service is easy-to-use and requires no training. You can use the system to view new e-invoices, search through archived invoices and import invoice data directly into your accounting package.

STEP 1: Click on the DHL e-Billing link in your notification email. This will take you directly to the DHL e-Billing Customer Portal. Or open the attachment to the email and view your invoice in PDF.
STEP 2: View your invoice online.
STEP 3: Click on the download button to import the data into your finance package (if applicable).

How to get started?

Register:
Click here to register. Fill in only 7 fields and select your preferred language.
Username/Password:
Upon registration, and validation, you will be issued with a username and password. Use this to login to our DHL e-Billing Customer Portal.
Login:
You can login to our Customer Portal at any time, from any PC using a browser such as Internet Explorer. From there you can view your invoice, search through on line history invoices and upload the invoice data securely into your financial systems.
